I have spoken to many women who are dragging themselves to the finish line this year. I promise you, it’s not going to get better if you neglect your own energy. As women, mothers, wives, partners, sisters, and friends – we give so much of our energy to others, so this is your reminder to fill your own cup too (in fact, do it first)!
Don’t wait until you’re sick, burnt out, your mental health or your relationships are suffering. I see you, I know who you are and I know because it is me. I am reminding myself as I remind you. We are all connected and need to help each other out.
